For all Loveland City Schools building use requests after August 1, 2009 the procedure is as follows:
1. Go to: http://www.myschoolbuilding.com
2. If prompted for an organization account number then enter 390381936
3. Fill in the answers to the required fields, the computer will remember you next time if you use the same machine. When it asks about your organization, please be specific if you are in the list or use the Group I or Group II designation as outlined below. All organization affiliations are subject to verification by the district for proper billing and accountability.
4. At the end of the request it will ask for a password, our password is tigers (this is to further prevent unauthorized usage)

Advance deposits may be charged at the discretion of
the district.
*Groups requesting use of district facilities may
appeal fees by submitting a letter to the Superintendent prior to use of the
facility
*Group I
includes groups with non-profit status with the IRS and with at least 51
percent of participants living in the
**Specialty Classrooms may not be available to the
public. Specialty classrooms consist of
music, choir, science labs, computer labs, etc.
***Field lights may not be available due to
unforeseeable situations.
****Concession stand will operate only under the
direction of the school district or its’ designee.
